Karnataka LBA (Learning-Based Assessment): A New Era in Student-Centered Evaluation
Karnataka Learning-Based Assessment (LBA) is a transformative approach introduced by the Karnataka State Education Department and DSERT, aligning with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. It focuses on assessing students' core competencies, conceptual understanding, and application-based learning, rather than relying solely on rote memory or traditional exams. LBA is being implemented across all classes from Grade 1 to SSLC (Class 10).
